Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period starts on the day you receive the item. You do not need to give a reason.

How to return an item

1. Notify us within 14 days via the contact page or by email to info@shopcalisthenics.se. Include your order number and which items you want to return. You may also use the EU model withdrawal form.

2. Send the item back no later than 14 days after notifying us. We will send you the return address when you contact us.

3. The item must be returned well packed and in substantially unchanged condition.

Return shipping

You, the customer, pay for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

We will refund the price of the item and the original shipping cost (equivalent to our cheapest shipping option) no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or you have provided proof that it has been sent back. The refund is made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

If the item has been handled more than necessary to establish its nature and function, we may deduct an amount for its reduced value.

Faulty items

If an item is faulty, you have the right to make a complaint for up to three years from when you received it. Contact us with your order number, a description of the fault and preferably a photo. If the complaint is approved, we pay for the return shipping.
